Ceder Bundle

The Ceder Bundle is designed to keep you fueled and strong during the 151km Ceder Gravel Race! 

Paired with the Amacx Energy drink mix that will be available at the aid stations, aim to reach about 90g of carbs per hour of riding.

Energy (blue) line contains 30g of carbs per item at a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. 

Turbo (black line) contains 40g of carbs per item at a 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio. 

Mix and match between gels, bars and chews to avoid texture and flavour fatigue.

2x Turbo Chew Bar Lemon 

2x Energy Fast Bar Lemon 

2x Energy Nougat Bar Cranberry 

3x Energy Drink Gel Orange 

2x Turbo Gel (any flavour) 

1x Recovery Bar (Chocolate or Salty Caramel)
