Good day.. I absolutely love these gels.. They have a lot of carbs, more than the 32GI that i used to use.. I also feel the difference and it works a lot better for me.. One negative thing, ordering online is not really worth it, as its the same price when i buy it at Sportman's Warehouse, actually its more expensive because your charge me for delivery as well.. I'm spending quite a lot of money on these gels, and it would be nice if ordering online could be worth while.

This bar is tasty and easy to eat. Not too sweet. Had this before a race and a drink gel during and worked perfectly for me

Took this one at 65 km’s at the Comrades - gave me the lift and energy I needed to complete my race.

I had this gel at approximately 30 km in at the Comrades - tasty and did the job perfectly. No cramping and never felt like I was going to hit the wall.

Excellent drink! Great taste, mixes easily, and keeps me hydrated during long training sessions. I’ve noticed better endurance and recovery since using it. Highly recommended
