Amacx recovery at the finish line

Amacx Cherry Juice+ will be available to all finishers in the post-finish area. At selected events, the Amacx Recovery Shake will also be provided, delivering a balanced mix of protein and carbohydrates to support rapid recovery when it matters most.

Why recovery matters

After a long and demanding endurance effort, your body is exhausted. Your glycogen stores are empty, your fluid balance is disrupted and your muscles have sustained damage.
